Lead our media and business relations strategy, reporting directly to the CEO.
This dynamic role acts as the true voice and brand ambassador for Dardant, working closely with various executives and cross-functional teams to implement communications strategies for our clients. The primary goal is to significantly boost brand visibility, notoriety, and regional influence by managing press relationships and strategically positioning our brand.
Key responsibilities include developing communication initiatives that directly support sales growth, controlling associated budgets, and orchestrating impactful launches for new collections and products across our local networks. The Director will also be responsible for gathering market intelligence, including tracking competitor trends in product, pricing, and communication strategies, and participating in international events (like Milano Fashion Week).
As the Communications Director Americas for Dardant, you will bridge the gap between high-performance sports and luxury haute couture.
Key Requirements
• Experience: 10–15+ years in PR or marketing, with 5+ years leading teams in the luxury or premium lifestyle sector.
• Strategy: Proven ability to manage brand prestige, high-stakes crises, and multi-functional regional campaigns.
• Education: Degree in Communications or Journalism (Master’s preferred).
• Insight: Deep mastery of the Americas’ media landscape and the nuances of the elite sporting world.

Dardant is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Director to lead our brand expansion and drive ticket sales for our exciting Equestrian Event this summer in Rome!
Are you a passionate marketing professional with a proven track record in event organization? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for equestrian sports? If so, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
* Develop and execute comprehensive sales & marketing strategies to maximize event visibility and ticket sales.
* Manage and coordinate all aspects of event marketing, including digital marketing, social media campaigns, public relations, and advertising.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, partners, and media outlets.
* Oversee budget management and track marketing ROI.
* Collaborate with the event team to ensure seamless execution.
